Lower-limb prostheses are prescribed for patients with unilateral or bilateral leg, ankle, below-knee, through-knee, thigh, and hip amputations.

After the patient’s condition is assessed by the medical team, the most suitable type of prosthesis is prescribed, designed, and fabricated.
